  • Nanoindentation and rheometry (including complex combined compression-shear loadings) to characterize native tissues and hydrogels
Biomechanical testing of biological tissues and proxy materials: a) brain tissue mounted to the nanoindenter to test meso-scale properties; b) rotational rheometer to test macro-scale properties.
